aquawater Posted January 23, 2008 #1 Share Posted January 23, 2008 Probably this has been asked before, I'm sorry to repeat. I have an early supper seating and I'm wondering for breakfast do we have to do the early seating in the dining room also or can we go to the later seating? I probably will do this only once during the cruise, but I'm not getting up that early for the dining room. Thanks for your answers in advance. notentirelynormal Posted January 23, 2008 #2 Share Posted January 23, 2008 You can eat breakfast any time you want....well, until they start serving lunch. It is open seating, plus you have other options available.

Go at whatever time you want or have breakfast at the buffet. Your choice. Pia
Pink-belle Posted January 23, 2008 #4 Share Posted January 23, 2008 There isn't seating times for breakfast on Princess, in the dining room you turn up during the hours they are open, sorry can't recall the exact times but something like 7.00am - 9.00am, and get seated. Outside of those times there is always the Horizon Court buffet. So you've no worries.
makeyourself Posted January 23, 2008 #5 Share Posted January 23, 2008 I just happen to have a print out nearby and at least for the Crown Princess the dining rooms are open seating for breakfast 7:30 am to 9:30am and then lunch 12pm to 2pm Cafe Caribe (near Horizon Court) says breakfast 5am to 10 am and Horizon Court says 6am to 5:30am The international cafe says 24 hours on this print out but I think its actually 6am to 11pm- someone correct me if thats wrong Room service is 24 hours and you can also have small breakfast sent to you at whatever time you like by filling out the card in the room hope that helps! I think if you check princess website you can check the times if they are different for other ships. Its under onboard experience, personal choice dining then chose your ship

You can get specific times for all meals in the cruise answer book when it arrives. Note they list some differences based on the ship.

FredS Posted January 23, 2008 #10 Share Posted January 23, 2008 Also realize that they do not use the complete dining room. There are certain sections that are used for breakfast and lunch. In all the cases I can remember the try to fill the tables nearest the windows. It may be on both sides of the dining room or it may be just along one side. As people at a table and the table clears new people are seated at the table. The staff escorts you to the tables that are open. But, we know that some people are very picky and only want certain places so I suppose one could tell the staff where the person wanted to sit. Colo Cruiser Posted January 23, 2008 #12 Share Posted January 23, 2008 Hello. New here and new to cruising. Is there a charge for room service breakfast? Thanks. No but it is a limited continental type with coffee/tea/cereal/danish/juice/etc. :) Usually a tip for the delivery person.
