what docs do you receive from TA's

After payment to TA what docs should you receive? Paid thru internet agency and have not received anything. Tried emailing but no response, called and they said their computer was down. Surely I should be receiving something, or do I receive documents from Princess Cruises?

First time Cruiser. Cruising from Auck - Syd on Sapphire Princess 4/2/08 Appreciate any help. Thanks.

you should receive e-doc tickets by email...about 1 mth before your cruise.

print them out....

and your bag tags..print them on a stiffer board paper and coat in sticky tape to keep stronger.

If you have not done so, go to Princess.com & register. You will need your booking number. Once that is done, you need to complete the immigration information (passport, etc). You can then print off your boarding passes. You can also pre-reserve shore excursions and spa treatments. These will be charged to your shipboard account. You can generally cancel shore excursions up to about 36 hours before you get to the port and get a full refund.

 

From either your TA or Princess, you will receive luggage tags, shore excursion book and cruise answer book. These come a month or so before you sail.

I just realised that you are embarking on the day we disembark!!

All we get is a receipt and confirmation #. Then we we log on to confirm, fill out forms and then get everything from the lines' website.
