Lowie Posted January 26, 2008 #1 Share Posted January 26, 2008 My edocs finally showed up on the NCL site, unfortunately they show me leaving out of Hawaii! now, don't get me wrong, i'd love to go to hawaii, but it would be pretty hard for us to sail the caribbean from there;) same thing for our second cabin. so check your edocs carefully! oh and NCL couldn't quite fix them, they need an IT specialist who isn't there on weekends. luckily i still have a few months to go! ma_t_gus Posted January 26, 2008 #2 Share Posted January 26, 2008 Maybe they upgraded you without telling you. Hehehe. I'm leaving for Easter on the Gem. I was able to print out my edocs and now I'm unable to view it. Their system must be really messed up.
jkloni Posted January 27, 2008 #3 Share Posted January 27, 2008    Went to look at shore excursions for Cozumel for our upcoming cruise. We have already booked the Fury in Cozumel for $59. Went to book a friend. Shows $9,999.00 for 1 person. My booked Fury tour shows the same $9999.00!! Surely NCL will not charge that for a tour...so yes I'd say the computer glitch is pretty huge! Kathy
Lowie Posted January 27, 2008 Author #4 Share Posted January 27, 2008 they do have a very 'glitchy' website. somedays you can fill out forms, others not. i like the new way that you can search for a cruise on carnival's site. maybe NCL's IT people need to take a lesson from carnival. as for excursions, i know that on celebrity there was an excursion showing for $229 pp and on NCL was $2299. neither had changed so i have no clue which was wrong! amy16_ Posted January 27, 2008 #5 Share Posted January 27, 2008 There were some other people that got the same thing. I think their computers are messed up...again. I have a dumb question...How do you get edocs? I went through a travel agent and don't know much. First time w/ NCL. Want to book excursions when computer gets fixed but how do I do that? I think their computers are messed up...again.I have a dumb question...How do you get edocs? I went through a travel agent and don't know much. First time w/ NCL. Want to book excursions when computer gets fixed but how do I do that? Go to www.ncl.com. Click on the lower right hand box that says Advance Guest registration. Sign in. If you don't have a logon, create one. You need your reservation number which your TA should have given you. Once you do that it will show your cruise. It should also show if your edocs are ready to print. And will also give you access to your itinerary and shore excursions that you can book. Be sure to also complete your guest registration. We booked thru a TA and they printed our edocs and DHL'd them to us with the other NCL info - including real luggage tags. Kathy

garycarla Posted January 27, 2008 #8 Share Posted January 27, 2008 And, more important, do the online advance REGISTRATION for your cruise. That avoids filling out the paperwork and sending in ahead of time. And since YOU typed it in, it should be accurate.
cruiser12 Posted January 27, 2008 #9 Share Posted January 27, 2008 Yes by all means check everything out. Some times you have to be your own doctor for E-Docs . http://www.ncl.com/edocs for e-docs - http://www.ncl.com for Advanced Registration.
