Never been on Carnival. I know they have assigned times and tables for dinner. Do you also have an assigned time/table for breakfast and lunch?

In a word - no. Don't worry - I love their pizza - and sometimes have THAT for breakfast

They used to, but did away with it. Those early morning breakfasts were killers!

It's the same setup on all Carnival ships. Dinner assigned seating - b'fast and lunch open.

Big buffet, watery or hard scrambled eggs, greasy bacon/sausage, lukewarm pancakes, etc. :DCan you tell I really, really enjoy the dining room b'fasts? Actually, many do seem to like the b'fast buffet, but I prefer fresher food, not sitting in warming pans.

The buffet for breakfast....

 

omlet station...usually a long line

scrambled, boiled, etc eggs

bacon, sausage

hash browns, toast, grits

cold cereals

something needing syrup...pancakes, french toast, etc

fruits

 

My dh liked the omlets & usually found something that was tasty (not an egg person). Worked well when you had to leave the ship early for an excursion.
