Renting a Scooter in NY

Due to a new medical problem, I am going to need to rent a scooter on my next Princess Cruise which I think goes out of Brooklyn. I have a few questions if anyone can help me.

1. Recommendations of who to rent from and how does it work to get the scooter.

2. Approximate cost for a 9 day cruise.

3. According to Princess, our room door is 24" wide. Will the scooter fit into the room?

4. I am a big person 6 ft 3"" and weigh about 350 lb. Will I be able to find a scooter.

These are questions which are on my mind and I would appreciate any and all help.

I just called specialneedsatseas dot com and they will have scooter in your cabin before you get there and they will pick it up after cruise is over. She quoted me $245 for 9 day cruise for a standard size scooter - my dad is 200lbs and 6ft..
