Verandah or Lido Deck on the Destiny

I'm currently booked mid-ship on the Verandah deck and have the option of upgrading to Lido @ a minimal cost.

Since the Lido deck has a pool, buffet, etc., I was wondering if it's any louder on this deck. Right now our room appears to be under an area where there are lounge chairs.

We were on the Destiny Oct 07 and were in room 9206 and had no problems with noise. We really enjoy the convience of being right there at our room when at the pool. Enjoy your cruise.

Did Lido our first trip and it was good. If you think your other room is under the deck instead of a room, you should either move a bit forward or take the upgrade. Good luck!

I've been on both decks and I far prefer Veranda Aft.... Only 1 flight of stairs to the food :)

Definitely go Lido......as close to the doors leading out to the pool as possible !

 

It was the best for us on Destiny......closest to what we always wanted, pool and food ! What could ever be better than that !!!!!!!!!!!

I did change to Lido #9200. IOctober is still far away, but now there's no more looking:D
