What is the weather like on the Hong Kong cruise?

I am looking at doing a trip next February, Hong Kong to Hong Kong. I have looked at the weather sites to get some insight into the weather. While I am not a sun worshipper, I would like it to be warm enough to spend a few hours reading on deck. Any of you doing a similar trip this year please let me know what the weather was like and how calm the seas are. Thanks.

I was in Hong Kong a few years ago in February and had to go into Lane Crawfords to buy a coat. Very very cold in the mornings then had to take the coat off by lunchtime but back on again by 5pm. The next trip was July and it was sweltering. With Global warming I don't know if this has changed things much.
