meeting place off ship??

HI! My friend will be in Cozumel the same day as me, different ship. We are already booked for separate tours that day. We want to meet up for a margarita about two hours before the ships sail. (OK, maybe more than one margarita!!!)

 

Where is a good meeting place close to where you get off the ships? I have never been to Coz before, so I'm not sure of the lay of the land. For example, is Senor Frogs or Carlos and Charlies close to the ships?

There are 2 terminals in Cozumel. There are bars near both. The better ones are downtown and if your terminal is there its a short walk to the ship. Otherwise, its a 5 min cab ride to the ship.:)

If you dock at the downtown pier (usually it's Carnival) both Carlos and Charlie's/Senor Frog is practically right in front of you on the main drag. If you dock more southerly (am sure there is a name but don't know what it's called even after 4 trips!) there is a Senor Frog 1/2 ('cos it's small) haven't seen a C&C there. Lots of taxis at this dock that will take you for about $7, can't remember the last price we paid....tee many margaritees!! Have a great time.;)
