Sail/Snorkel or Powerboat/Snorkel????

I have narrowed down my tour choices to either the full day powerboat/snorkel or the full day sail/snorkel in Nassau. :)

Can anyone give me feedback on either of these? There seems to be several companies that offer these tours. Is one better than the other? What are your experiences??

We are interested in a full day with lunch, with a cash bar and it would be nice if there were stingrays or sharks to see. The powerboat tour said the ride to the snorkel area is about an hour. My concern is that this ride could be extremely fast and bumpy, spraying water all over us for an hour. That doesn’t seem like a pleasant experience to me.:( Don’t get me wrong. I love motorboats and I don’t mind going fast but an hour seems like a long time. Does anyone know if they slow down at all and take in the scenery?

Thanks so much for your help! :D
