This isn't new --- the official review of Crown Princess describes seeing this done on her voyage. It does sound adorable, although pricey and definitely not private! Here in Boston, you can propose on the big screen during a Red Sox game --- it seems that every game has at least one. Not sure of the cost, though.

The best way to ask the question is with a definite date in mind, a full bank account, and a ring in the hand. The words "someday" or "maybe" should not be spoken.;) (Married 32 years!)
