What to do AFTER Our Excursion?

Hi! We're taking the kids(8 & 10) on their first cruise over Spring Break, and we've booked the Pirate Encounter as our shore excursion. it's only two hours long, though (from 9 - 11 AM). My husband and I have been to Grand Cayman before, but we took a snorkle trip that lasted all day long, so we don't really know what to do during the remaining four hours that we'll be in port. The kids don't want to do the stingrays (the Crocodile Hunter was their idol, and they have no desire to be anywhere near stingrays), and we will probably get our fill of swimming in the Pirate Encounter. So, what is there to do in and around town? Any zoos, botanical gardens, etc., that you'd recommend?
