Puerto Rico and Daylight Saving Time

We'll be arriving back in San Juan on the Destiny on the Sunday (10/31) when Daylight Saving Time changes in the fall in the US. According to the DST website, San Juan doesn't adhere to DST, so I guess we don't change our time until we're back in the US? And, do you think the times on our airfare shows non-DST times in San Juan and DST times in the US? Has anyone ever experienced this? I just want to make sure we don't miss any flights or anything!
