Any chance at booking 4 night Caribbean Princess?

I am just getting around to looking at cruises to book for this spring/summer. I like the idea of the special 4 night sailing on the Caribbean Princess in May. I see that this sailing is sold out. Is there any chance of being able to book? Any ideas how to do this? Any help would be greatly appreciated! :)

The only thing you can do at this point is get yourself waitlisted and hope you get a cabin.

How does waitlist work? Do you pay the deposit now or wait until you get a cabin?

I am #14 on the waitlist for the Apr. 27th sailing. I paid a deposit and will receive an email when and if space comes available. I have a back up plan but am going to hold out for a space on this ship.

I've got a booking on the May 4th sailing right now....once the final payment date passes on March 5th, I expect that is when some availability will shake out for those who are waitlisted. Based on what I've heard from others re: waitlisting, though I wouldn't rely just on hearing from them. I'd continue checking online regularly to see if anything has opened up, and once it does call Princess or your TA immediately.

 

Make sure you get waitlisted in all of the categories you can afford. The good part about waitlisting is that the deposit is refundable if you don't decide to book. The bad part is there's no way to know if you'll get in.

I was able to get a cabin on the April 27th sailing. Once I looked at my calendar I realized this date was better for me anything. Thanks all!
