Was there several years ago. Do not recall at all what restrooms were like. But enjoyed the animals. I can't recall specifically and can't put my hands on my photos of that trip right now, but I am a zoo person and would remember if the animals hadn't been in good health, so I'm sure that they were. What I can't remember at all is whether or not most of them were caged. I would go again.

I was there about 4 years ago. We really enjoyed it. Keep in mind this place is very small. It is nothing like an American zoo – more like the size of a petting zoo. I recall there were around 50 “exhibits” over half of which were birds of some sort. Many parrots, etc., a few different breeds of monkeys and some amusing prairie dogs. The real attraction here is the “trained” flamingos. I don’t remember the restrooms either. It is a fun place to visit, but if you truly lingered and took your time it shouldn’t take you more than 1.5 hours to see the whole place, including the flamingo show.
