Grand Turk 7am-1pm in late Jan.?

Our first trip to Grand Turk, did some research and we don't have enough time to do much since it sounds like this isle operates on their own time. (So would I, if I lived there.)

Since it's late Jan. looks like a whale migration excursion would be a good bet, however all we can find is geared toward afternoon and sunset returns.

Suggestions anyone?
