The island grill area did have a burger grill (at least on the Explorer) so that would be the place to check for the veggie burger.

I have never seen them in the WJ. One suggestion. If they don't, find the manager of the WJ and let him/her know that your daughter would like a veggie burger. A good chance that they will go and get her one. Worth a try anyway since RCI does try to accommodate those with special dining needs.
