Has any of our august readers had reson to contact the senior management at Princess Cruises referencing a complaint?, if so I would be obliged of a contact name to whom I could send an asbestos letter(severe wording) regarding a booking query.

Mitchell Keiffer is the Manager of Customer Relations at Princess and quite a nice and reasonable man at that in my dealings with him personally.

 

I would start with him and if you don't get a favourable response to your querry, then escalate it to Diana Austin, VP Sales, Services and Support.
