parking, etc in tampa

Hi,
Wondering how is the parking situation at the Tampa Port? I hear it is $10 per day. Correct? And how far is the walk from the parking to the embarkation area.
Is there an option of dropping off luggage before parking?
What time do they start letting folks line up to board?

Its says unavailable right now when I tried so not sure if they're upgrading the site or if its offline because of the hurricane and where their server is located. Just keep checking it. I believe (but dont quote me) that parking is $10/day. Depending on where you park in the garage it might be as far as 1/2 mile away or as close as a block or two. You can pull up in front of the port area and drop off people and its about 100-200 feet depending on where you stop to drop off. I've seen people start lining up as early as about 830am, but you are stuck outside for most of the time. I dont think they let people into the actual building until they've cleared off the ship since its just one big open building and thats usually anywhere from 10-11 on a normal day.
