Cabin assignment

Just received our travel docs for April 5 Noordam transatlantic and now it really feels like we're almost there. We still haven't received a cabin assignment and our docs read " VF GUAR ". Anyone else still waiting for assignment. I know the ships been sold out for a least a month.

It's way too early for a cabin assignment. Look for it to be made at the 7-14 days before sailing mark. Sometimes it's further out, sometimes closer in, but one-two weeks is on target.

IMO it doesn't make any difference whether the ship is sold out or not. We've received all our guarantee assignments around 17 or 18 days before sailing.

Some folks on my cruise on Apr.4 received there guarentee stateroom number at least a week ago. I'm in the cheap seats and I haven't got mine yet. No big deal. I think ours is sold out too. It's doesn't seem to matter.
