I just came from K-Mart.....yeah, I know they're "cheap", but I've been happy with everything else I've bought there.

 

Anyway, I'd prefer to keep them under $40.00 each (and lower is better) because I'll hardly use them.

No, they don't HAVE to be the same color and I think most fashion advice from the experts is they shouldn't be the same color.
