Has any taken the bus to Crane beach from the port?

I hear Crane beach is beautiful and I am interested in going on my day in port. We will be in port from 7:00am to 6:00pm. I would like to take the local bus to the beach. I have heard the bus station is right near the port and is an easy walk. My question is has any one taken the 12a bus to this beach before? I know it can be a 35min+ ride each way therefore I would depart and return in plenty of time to get back on the ship. Please let me know your experiences or any other info you could provide.

I'm pretty sure it's the bus to Sam Lord's Castle,that you want.

Such a route would naturally pass The Crane in order to get to S.L.Castle.

 

I see buses these days, headed in that general direction

with their destination billboards saying simply CASTLE

and I'm assuming this is an abbreviation used

instead of the rather long mouthful alternative but correct name..

 

Bus fare should be U.S.$0.75 cents(equivalent) per person - in each direction.

- that's Bds.$ 1.50 per person - in each direction

 

so change up a US$5-bill,before you board

and you'll have enough - that'll give you Bds.$10.
