BBQ diner night on the 7 day Westerdam

We were on the 3/2/08 Westerdam sailing and the BBQ dinner was the night we were in San Juan which would have been Wednesday night. Might be different on your cruise though as we were on a 7 day eastern itinerary.

On the cruises I have been on, the BBQ wa held on an evening when we wee in port late - 11 or 12 midnight. I guess it is easier for them to do it on the lidodeck when they aren't moving.

I agree -- that has been our experience. If this holds true, then the BBQ will be the evening we are in Aruba (Wednesday, April 9).

It's also the night when many people eat ashore, and there's no show in the main showroom. So it creates a party for those who do stay aboard.
