I am so excited. I am leaving on the Gem this Saturday and wanted to know if anyone had any things to not miss and suggestions on drinks and food to try. Any hidden things I should experience...

I don't know the answer yet, but when your ship leaves and comes back the thrid time it's my turn!!!!!

I LOVED Orchid Garden. Ate there twice, both time excellent.

Tequila's puff pastry and coffee ice cream dessert is to die for.

My DH had a great time at the Martini Tasting, and it was a really good deal. $15 for four 3oz martinis. Likely the Margarita Tasting is the same kind of arrangement.

They had really nice cappuccinos and treats at the Java Café.

If you are into martinis, check out the clinics and especially tell Armando that his cruisecritic friends say hi and told him to make you a Sexy Alligator. He is a hoot! If you have a cold sea day, check out the spa and get a day pass ($20). If you go in the a.m. you will feel you have your own personal oasis.
