Help adding booking number to account

I have tried to add the booking number of my cruise to my profile on Carnival's website. It is saying the number is not found registered to me. Any suggestions?

I'm having that same problem. And I'm not the only one. CCL's website has a "booboo"...and they know/are fixing it

I had that problem too. I finally called customer service and they added it for me. It was a little weird though; they asked for my website name and PASSWORD. I was a little leery about giving my password but since I had called them, I did. It showed up on the web site a little later.

 

The number I called was 800-929-6400

I think some of the problems are stemming from the new website they are about to launch. Seems like alot of these problems surfaced about the same time the preview for the new CCL site appeared on the current Carnival.com.

I had the same problem... it was because my name was hyphenated!! when i went in my carnival profile and deleted the hyphen from my last name and just left a space there, it then accepted the booking #.. wierd, i know! :)
