Menu Change Schedules?

How often does the dining room change the menu? We cruised the Radiance in March 2007 and the Adventure in March 2008 and the menu was almos the same except for a few items. Does anyone know when / if they do a menu rotation? We are on the Voyager March 2009 out of Galveston next.

I have heard that recently they have changed a few items but to do a complete menu change I don't know.

from 2004 until last year, the menus are still basically the same. few added, few taken away. basics, still the same. day one is still vidalia onion tart night!
