Entertainment Court and Celebrity Central on Solstice Class

When viewing the Onboard Diversions photos in the Gallery on the Solstice site, I came across the Entertainment Court and Celebrity Central. Is the Entertainment Court a part of the main foyer? I haven't seen any photos of the main foyer yet, and this looks as if it could be a part of it? Am I mistaken? Does anyone know what Celebrity Central will be used for?
