foxxy Posted March 26, 2008 #1 Share Posted March 26, 2008 Four of us are flying to Orlando and staying at hotel in Orlando the day before cruising from Port Canaveral (Royal Caribbean). Any suggestions on transportation to the ship and then to airport when ship returns? Online, found transportation company called Ace that charges $110 total each way. Ever heard of this company, can they be trusted, and is this good price?
Sue (mom of 3 boys!) Posted March 26, 2008 #2 Share Posted March 26, 2008 We use sunray transportation. Good prices, great service! They will do roundtrip or one way. Any transport will be costly-if $ is a consideration, get a one way rental from Budget. You can drop it off near the port and they will shuttle you to the ship. andyson97 Posted March 26, 2008 #3 Share Posted March 26, 2008 We recently made the same trip however stayed in Cocoa Beach the night before the cruise so we had a one way rental with Avis. On our return to the airport we hired a service (Jack Jordan - on the list if you go to the Port's web page). My husband has told everyone that was the best money spent, so relaxing to have someone do the driving and drop us off at curbside check in for our flight. When I did the research they were all around the same price. I went by a recommendation from someone on Cruise Critic. Enjoy your vacation! psblin99 Posted March 27, 2008 #4 Share Posted March 27, 2008 I don't know Ace so cannot comment. The two most often mentioned is Arts and Cocoa Beach Shuttle CB gives 10% off to CC members if you mention it. Preston
