Cabin differences/Brilliance

Can someone tell me how a superior room is configured differently from a deluxe. There is a 25 s.f. difference and will be three of us in the room. However there is $700 difference on 12 day cruise. Just wonder if the additional space is noticeable and worth the money.

Letters would help. E's, D's? We had an E-1 on Brilliance. Much smaller than the Junior Suite © on Grandeur. I have absolutely no idea whether that helps you at all.

If you are referring to the difference between a category E-1 and a category D, the difference is noticeable in the size of the sofa (two cushion vs. three cushion) and the size of the wall unit. The D has an extra rounded section for storage at the end of the unit next to the television. If you assume that both cabins are 10 feet wide, you would be gaining an extra 2.5 feet in length. Since you have an extra person in the cabin, he/she may appreciate the larger sofa bed and you all may find the extra storage convenient.
