I finally got my problem I had completing the online Funpass registration resolved. Wanna know what the problem was? Your emergency contact phone number must be all together, and not separated or with parenthesis.

The problem that I had was with the booking number. I couldn' tell if it was a number 0 or a letter o. Makes for a long hair pulling session.:rolleyes:

I had to get help from my rep at hot wire as I had the same issue and the page kept telling me the information was not complete.

 

That should definitely be more clear!

Another common problem is while using the web browser Firefox the cruise docs will not load. Had to use another browser.
