Juneau and Seward question

I rented a car for Juneau and Seward. I would like to explore Juneau on my own. Any suggestions on what I should do? I am in Jeuneau all day (7am-10ish). I will also be driving to Anchorage from Seward (rented a car one way). My ship gets in really early in the morning and my flight leaves at 5pm out of Anchorage. What do you suggest for that short amount of time?

Juneau, Hatchery, Brewery, Glacier Gardens, Mendenall Glacier. Thane Ore house restaurant, Chapel on the Lake, St. Theresa' Shrine, Douglas Island.

Out of Seward, you are going to have to be on the road by noon AT least. Earlier, IF you want anything more than a few brief stops.

I believe Hertz opens at 8am. I would be in line at the door. Head to Exit Glacier, and one other activity of interest? flightseeing, sled dogs, Sealife Center etc.

If leaving earlier, stop at the Portage Glacier Visitor Center, Wildlife Conservatory etc. Brief stops along the Arm.
