twopugs Posted March 31, 2008 #1 Share Posted March 31, 2008 Debating between a portable high chair/booster seat or clip on booster seat. Have you used either with small child? We have a portable booster...similar but it is quite bulky. It hooks to chairs fairly easy, but puts our son a little lower than the table. http://www.target.com/Swing-Tray-Portable-Booster-Ocean/dp/B0000798L1/sr=1-1/qid=1206987812/ref=sr_1_1/601-1391133-9177714?ie=UTF8&index=target&rh=k%3Aportable%20booster&page=1 We are looking at a clip on as it would be easier to pack, but worried that it may not clip correctly to all tables. http://www.target.com/Chicco-Hook-On-Highchair-Red/dp/B000A7V1EM/sr=1-8/qid=1206987812/ref=sr_1_8/601-1391133-9177714?ie=UTF8&index=target&rh=k%3Aportable%20booster&page=
crusinmama06 Posted March 31, 2008 #2 Share Posted March 31, 2008 I've used the first one on cruises. I just took it apart and packed it in different suitcases. But I don't know if I would do that anymore now that airlines are getting picky with # of bags/weight. Lately we have just been using the cruise highchairs
AJI2596 Posted March 31, 2008 #3 Share Posted March 31, 2008 I have both. On vacation I would get the hook on one. We use that one when we go out to eat and want a booth. The first one we use at home.
QTMichele Posted April 3, 2008 #4 Share Posted April 3, 2008 I haven't tried this booster, but thought you may be interested since it's portable and suitable for travel. http://www.toysrus.com/product/index.jsp?productId=2306580 Happy cruising!
