Bayonne Port

Could someone tell me how the parking process is in Bayonne....We are travelling in May and were considering using a limo to/from but I have heard that the parking process is quite good. I would rather get in my car and head home right away after the ship comes in....Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

We drove and it was very easy. We drove right in got a spot to park for 60.00 and put all our luggage on a bus to the terminal. No dragging it or anything. Only took us about 15 min to get in and out both.

Voyagerclassfan...We're sailing out of Bayonne on May 21 to Bermuda---are you on that sailing? I looked at your profile and my birthday is on Saturday too!! I'm a wee bit older---born in 1950. Have a great birthday!

When you get in the traffic line, keep as far right as you can. This will lead you right into the parking lot. If you stay left, you will go by the terminal where you can drop off luggage, but then you will end up back in the same line again to get into the lot. Just park first and either walk to the terminal with your luggage.\(about a 5 minute walk) or wait for the shuttle bus.

We didn't have a problem with parking in Bayonne at all. Actually it was easier than any port in Florida.

Thanks everyone...Hey AJpack, we are actually on the May 15 sailing. Too bad. Would have been fun to meet you. We could have celebrated our birthdays a few months late...Hope you have a great Birthday....

Voyagerclassfan....We are also on the May 15th Voyager cruise. We sailed on this ship in May of 2004 and loved it so much we immediately booked it for May 05. We can't wait to sail on the Voyager again.
