Anyone used United Parking instead & what time to schedule a shuttle after cruise

We are considering using United Parking instead of the garage at the port. We'll save approx. $120. Anyone have experience with them?

 

Second question: Ship arrives at 8am, what time should we schedule the parking garage's pickup shuttle?

 

We are traveling on the Carnival Valor & it will be full.

I would schedule it for 10:00 AM. Allow time for the drive and board early also.
