Hato Caves

Hi, Has anyone been to the Hato caves while in Curacao???? How was it? How far is it from the pier? How do you get there? Was it worth it to go to? Would like to hear about your expereiance.....Thanks

We went as part of a combo Sea Aqu & Cave.tour.

You climb up about 50 or so steep Steps.You are only allowed in with a guide who takes you to the different caverns.

It was interesting I would recomend it

If you have ever been in any of the "caverns" in the US, you will not be impressed by the "caves". They were interesting. Stories about voodoo being practiced there, small bats flying around... We went on a tour of the city,went to the curacau distillery and to the caves. It was a nice package but I would not go only to the caves.
