shore excursions on princess? booking questions

when you book your shore excursions online when do they charge you ?

when you get on the ship? i just booked one and they didnt ask for a credit card or anything, so im just wondering ....these are for the dawn princess to alaska

I am 99% sure that they are put on your shipboard account. I haven't done one for 2 years because I started booking them independantly.

The charges will appear on your account when you board the ship. At that point you will also have the tickets delivered to your cabin for all the excursions you have booked in advance.

 

Check the tickets to make sure they are for the excursions you wanted as soon as you receive them. If they are wrong you will have time to exchange or turn in for credit by acting as soon as you can.

 

The charges are listed on you shipboard account the at the point you get the tickets, but the shipboard account is charged against your credit card at the end of the cruise. Remember if you have pre or post cruise arrangements, they may be charged separately.
