These are great at www.strappys.com.You just attach to your strapless or convertible bras. Straps are rhinestone, jewelry, beaded or fabric .

Thre is only one problem with the Strappers -- some bras' straps do not lengthen enough and end up being too tight when you put the Strapper on. You can fix it by getting some similar elastic at a fabric store and lengthening the straps yourself if you don't mind doing that kind of thing. :)

These are what I use. The clear straps are barely noticeable. I bought mine at Kohl's so this is just an idea of what it looks like. I have one in white and one in beige and wear them nearly everyday in the summer.;)
