robinm918 Posted April 8, 2008 #1 Share Posted April 8, 2008 I was on the Port of Miami website to get some info on taxi fares, and it mentions (in red, of course, so you notice) that there is now a $1 per person fuel surcharge. Anyone traveling recently notice this extra charge? We leave for Miami on Friday, April 11 and I want to be prepared. Thanks! Robin
Little Elm Posted April 8, 2008 #2 Share Posted April 8, 2008 Is this per trip? If so, not a big deal.

llachance Posted April 9, 2008 #4 Share Posted April 9, 2008 it was $24.00 from the port to the Airport, from the Airport to our hotel near South Beach was $32.00 - both were listed as flat rate.

chaleg Posted April 9, 2008 #6 Share Posted April 9, 2008 Enjoy your cruise. :) I see this same response is your only comment quite often in your posts. Do you do it to get your post count up? It does not really add to this post or most other threads.
robinm918 Posted April 9, 2008 Author #7 Share Posted April 9, 2008 I very rarely post to the boards as you can see by the post count - I use it for information, not to get criticized by other members. Robin

Robin I didn't criticized your posts as the OP which I felt was a valid inquiry. I was only commenting on the post I quoted or other very similar ones from a high post number member that I've seen often in my short time on this board which don't seem to add to a thread.
