Safari Bus Tours

I read on some site that the cruise lines book up all of the Safari tour busses. Anyone know if that is true? There are lots of links on tourist web sites for boat tours but only one for land. I emailed them and got a cab price for 3 for 3 hours for $150.

Juat got back from NCL to Smana, Tortola, & St. Thomas we were going to do the safari bus on Samana but decided to do the 4x4 jeep instead.(I heard it was better) We were able to book it on the ship the first day both safari and 4x4 jeep still had room that first day. The 4x4 jeep didn't do any 4x4ing but we got to drive on dirt roads and we saw alot of the back roads of Samana pretty interesting.
