Christmas Cove Snorkeling

Hey! Going to St. Thomas in August aboard Carnival's Miracle...I was wondering how good the snorkeling is at Christmas cove.

 

We have already done Trunk Bay and Coki Beach and I was looking for something new.

 

Also - how hard it is to get there on your own?

I'm on the Valor on May 7th and plan on doing that excursion. If no one else answers by then, I'll give you my two cents when I get back. By the way, I'm doing that excursion through Port Promotions for $58, it's a Carnival excursion, just sold by Port Promotions for less and called something else. Sail/Snorkle to Great St. James or somthing like that.

I have the christmas cove sail and snorkel booked for my June 8th cruise. I think one of the reasons we are not getting alot of feedback from this yet is because it is a relatively new excursion. Once people start taking this we will start to see feedback. Hopefully before we go on our trips.:D Many people have been to Christmas cove, but maybe not as it is listed with the cruise ships.
