Go to the arcade where he will meet other boys who enjoy the same activities. Just don't push him to join the teen club. Let him figure out what he wants to do. He will enjoy getting food and ice cream when he wants without worrying about paying.

I was worried about this for my 16 dd. She wasn't into the Club O2 scene too much, but she met some others her age to "hang" out with and had a blast. They always found something to do although hanging out in the hot tub seemed to be the popular choice. :rolleyes:
