3rd Person Fuel Surcharge

This might have already been talked about but was told by my TA today that Carnival is going to apply the fuel surcharge to all guest (3rd and 4th guest no matter the age) starting on 4/21/08. This will be one way to make up for the refunds they have given but with the increasing cost of fuel I am sure they are using every means to cover their margins.

It's only $2/day for 3rd and 4th passengers.

True but not all ships have 5 person cabins, only the older ones, so doesn't apply everywhere.

It brings Carnival's surcharge in line with NCL's.
