Celebrity Bon Voyage Gifts

If Celebrity was to increase the options available for Bon Voyage gifts, what would you want to see?

I would definitely like more options available for wine and champagne. I'd also be very interested in a prepaid photo package- maybe something like 6 for the price of 5, or 12 + 1 small for the price of 10.

We love getting Bon Voyage gifts because it's always so exciting to walk into our stateroom and see all the great things on our bed and counter! In the past, we've ordered or been gifted the seasonal flower arrangement, various wines and champagnes, the Premium Celebration package, chocolate covered strawberries, and the Cova Gold Box of chocolates. They've all been such a nice treat!

On Princess, I always purchase chocolate covered strawberrys to be waiting for us upon arrival at our cabin. Have also ordered premium liquor and mix packages sent to ourselves for medicinal purposes.

Hi SusieV,

If Celebrity would cut down on a few, maybe my kids could be more creative........say a prepaid cruise, airfare, limo, etc.:D

On a more serious note, I'd like to see them talk to the massage contractor and be a bit more creative with massages and pricing. We've recieved credits to our account for use towards massages.

Randolph, they have all of these things already, I believe.

Just looking for some new ideas!

My husband likes good cognac. Celebrity used to have Cordon Bleu on the list of premium liquors but no longer have it on there. We do miss that as I really don't want to smuggle liquor on board.

I usually order some Bon Voyage gifts to surprise my wife, but I couldn't find anything that was of interest for our 1st X cruise. I was rather surprised! THe wine prices are outrageous, so we're bringing a couple bottles with us.

I'd love to see more variety of spa packages that aren't $500+. I like the idea of a photo package too.

My kitty cats are always so thoughtful - they order wine for us! ;)

I'd like to see an expanded list of liquor packages. For instance, we both drink different liquors, and it would be nice to have a choice of more than one liquor in mickey size (12-ounce bottles). I could have my rye, he could have his martinis. Friends who travel with us also love to have Bailey's with their coffee in the morning - I'm sure some of the liqueurs would go over well.

As to the food items, those are of no interest to me because I get too much food onboard already!

The photo package is a great idea.

How about a specialty coffee package of some kind? A latte a day club?

I would also like to see an Art Auction voucher and casino credit as items I could hint at for myself or buy for my DW.

There are days when a pint of Haagen-Daz and 2 spoons would be the perfect ending to the day. They must have room in the freezer, especially if they could sell it for $8 a pint. Sell it on board or in advance and there might be customers.

Celebrity is behind the curve on what logo-wear it offers through its web site. Ship-specific sweatshirts, mugs, etc. would make great gifts and it would be terrific if you could order them for home or shipboard delivery.

I've seen that some resorts are offering guests private reservations for a hot tub (for a fee) and I think I would gladly pay for that (whether it was on a gift menu or not).

I've had friends who have commented that they wish they could have their parents prepay for the babysitter on a cruise. That would be a nice gift to give someone.

(If Celebrity introduces any of these ideas, I am expecting a cruise credit or at least a thank you.)
