pms4104 Posted April 22, 2008 #1 Share Posted April 22, 2008 Just saw on the news that United lost some $545 million this first quarter, and plans to cut domestic capacity by 4 percent, retire 30 planes, eliminate 1100 jobs ... either end-2008 or early 2009. They say it's all due to skyrocketing fuel costs.
