Anyone get stuck in Quality Inn for Mariner

If you were just on the Mariner and had the RCCL rep send you to the Quality Inn in Orlando (for those who booked sea only) please let me know and if you may know the name of the older gentleman that sent us there.

 

RCCL told me they would never send anyone there and I don't remember the reps name. He put us on a Quality Inn bus on Monday night when Mariner was delayed until Tuesday. The hotel had roaches, urine stained sheets, prostitutes in the lobby, and my wife had her purse stolen in the lobby.

I need to provide his name so they can confirm my complaint and (hopefully) reimburse us.
