Pre-ordered alcohol?

I know on Carnival you can call and order alcohol by the bottle that will be in your room when you board, does Costa have anything like this?

I don't mean the X-1 package, but actual bottles in the rooms.

This is also available from Costa, known as special services, here is the link:

Excellent for those special moments like Jousting (in chain mail) in the cabin (remembered from an old thread).

We just completed the trans Atlantic trip FLL to Savona. You can order a limited variety, by bottle, from the main bar via room service. The price for Scotch was 20 Eu +15% which was about 5 Eu higher than duty free. We were allowed to bring wine from shore, corkage if in dining room, we were challenged at first, but I spoke to customer service and it was allowed. A few friends did it also!

that's good to know. Still debating if I should buy the X1 or plan on bringing back a bottle of wine in each port since we have a port intensive Med. itinerary..

Do BOTH!

The X1 for outward appearences and the smuggeled booze ofr the late night cap. :D
