wiggin Posted April 3, 2004 #1 Share Posted April 3, 2004 In December we will be going to Nassau, St. Thomas, and St. Martin on the mariner. We always love to do one catmaran with a snorkel trip. Has anyone been on any good ones? We don't mind an open bar(as a matter of fact, we like an open bar) but we aren't looking for a "Jolly Roger" type party boat.Any suggestions? unforgiven Posted April 3, 2004 #3 Share Posted April 3, 2004 I agree with Tra4, we too did the Golden Eagle and loved it. There was a open bar a little parting going on but nothing like "Jolly Roger or Tiki boat. wiggin Posted April 4, 2004 Author #4 Share Posted April 4, 2004 Thanks for the help. Were there any children on on the catamaran?
Tra4 Posted April 4, 2004 #5 Share Posted April 4, 2004 The first time we went I took my 5 & 8 year old. Now they will be 9 & 12 when we go again, and its their favorite excursion. The crew is very good with the kids. The loved sitting on the net, which I had to learn to like also as it made me too nervous to let them sit there by themselves. I had my arm around my 5 year old the entire time--and she had a blast! Until we cruise again. . . . . . stretch Posted April 5, 2004 #6 Share Posted April 5, 2004 I completely agree with the others on the Golden Eagle. Great excursion, super catamarans, and good snorkling. We also loved the Dancing Dolphin in St. Thomas. We booked it through RCI, called the Turtle Cove sail & snorkle. Highly recommend both excursions. Stretch AAYE PARANDAA!
