Can I call and change my room to a guarantee?

Recommended Posts

I have already requested a certain room, but can I call them and change it to a guarantee?? I really don't care what room I get, its on the inside.

Hoping for a possible upgrade.

Also, is there a chance of a price change??

I'm not 100% sure so don't quote me, but I'm guessing that as long as you are not past final payment you can call and change your reservation to whatever you want. If they give you a hard time about it, ask to speak to a supervisor who will probably comply with your request and if not then you can always just cancel and rebook the guarantee (once again, assuming you are not past final pymt.) Hope it all works out the way you want it to, good luck!

Happy cruising :)

Sure you can.

Depending on what the price was when you booked the cabin, changing to a Guar could be higher or lower.

If you have already booked a certain category of inside cabin, you should be able to change to a guaranee of the same category as you have already booked at no charge. If you paid for a 4B for instance, you can change to a 4B guarantee, if you are not past final payment should be np.

From what I've read on this board, the chances of an upgrade are not that great. Unless they are trying to sell a lot more insides than there are, or its not a popular sailing, you'll probably get exactly what you pay for. Don't be disappointed.
