QM2 cabin 5125 Anyone stayed there?

We just booked Brooklyn to Southampton in an inside cabin which is fine with us - we just want to see what the ship is like. We will be spending a few days in London in 2009 & returning home on RCL Jewel of the Seas. Any intelligence on cabin 5125 would be appreciated & what we might expect on our journey would be greatly apprecitated.

Past Cruises:

2003 Serenade of the Seas – Canada

2004 Voyager of the Seas – Western Caribbean

2005 Jewel of the Seas – Westbound Transatlantic

2006 Explorer of the Seas – Bermuda

2006 Explorer of the Seas – Bermuda

2007 Radiance of the Seas – Hawaii Circle

2008 Explorer of the Seas – Southern Caribbean

Future Cruises:

2008 Eurodam – 3 day cruise to nowhere

2009 QM2 – Eastbound Transatlantic

2009 Jewel of the Seas – Westbound Transatlantic

How exciting that you have just booked your first crossing on the QM2. An inside cabin should be fine on a transatlantic crossing. I don't know anything about your particular cabin but I like the cabins on deck 5 because they have cabins above and below which should mean a quiet cabin.

As for what you might expect on your journey -- read Pepper's review of his crossing. http://boards.cruisecritic.com/showthread.php?t=514324

I hope you enjoy your crossing as much as he did!
