Shopping...What time does it all close?

We are arriving in St. Thomas at 1:00 p.m. in November,2008. I would like to visit possibly Magan's Bay or Emerald Beach. I would also like to do some shopping in the downtown area. (I believe this is Charlotte Amalie?) However, I would like to know what time the shopping areas close. I enjoyed the outdoor market area last time but we had an early dock time. We will be on RCCL Explorer in case dock location makes a difference in suggesting shopping.

The outdoor market starts breaking down at 4 with most of them gone by 5. Most shops in town also close at 5, but shops at the docks usually stay open later if there's a ship in port - maybe closing at 6:30 or 7:00. It all depends on how many people are out shopping.
