??About D2 cabins Liberty OTS

Do all of the D2 cabins have sofas in them? I know in the cabin description it says "some with sofa beds"...I'm concerned about just making sure we have a sofa and not just a chair or two. I thought a may have read somewhere on these boards that the connecting cabins didn't have a sofa, but chair instead. Can anyone clarify this for me? Thanks!

I think mainly this refers to the fact that some of the sofas have pullout beds and some of them do not. Look at the deck plans. You'll note that there are a bunch of symbols/codes on the left hand side. You should be able to tell if your cabin has a regular sofa or a sofa with a pullout bed by checking the symbol (or lack thereof) by your cabin number. Actually, I don't think any of the D2's have sofa beds - just regular sofas. Anyway, here's an example. If you look at Deck 9, D1 9520 has a sofa bed (there's a little triangle by the cabin #), D1 9630 does not.

Thanks for your reply. I see what you're saying. I guess now my question is...Do the D2's that are connecting cabins have a sofa or just chairs due to the placement of the connecting door on that wall where the sofa would be?

Yes, the connecting cabins have sofas. We were on Liberty last August with a big group. My BIL and MIL had adjoining rooms, both rooms had sofas.
